Myofascial Release
Myofascial release is a technique that focuses on pain believed to arise from myofascial tissues — the membranes that wrap, connect and support your muscles. The massage therapist focuses on specific pressure points aimed at bringing the fascia back to its elastic form.
Sports Massage
Sports massage is a targeted massage that focuses on specific areas of the body relevant to a particular sport or active lifestyle. It can also be beneficial for preventing injuries before a big event or activity.
Neuromuscular Therapy
Neuromuscular therapy is a specialized form of massage therapy used to treat pain from chronic muscle and nervous system disorders and problems. The technique aims to reduce pain, discomfort, and stress in the body by using precise manual techniques that maintain relaxed and lengthened muscles.
Active Release Therapy
This is a non-invasive manual therapy technique that works to correct soft tissue restrictions that cause pain and mobility issues. Using motion, positioning and stretching the therapist can treat both acute and chronic conditions involving the muscles, tendons and ligaments.
